Located in the Parking Lot of Bahia Marina, join the captains, crew and anglers for the 30th annual kick off party for the Poor Girls Open. Fish Tales Bar and Grill will graciously host the event with a bountiful assortment of fine cuisine. Registration will be open at 4pm and refreshing beverages will be available at various locations throughout the establishment. A brief Captain's Meeting will be held at 7:30pm under the tent to go over the initial rules and any new additions. Please take part in the 50/50 raffle, Battle for the Bras Competition and our massive ticket raffle. Vendors and sponsors will have tents for you to peruse though while watching our resident artist, George Kalwa paint the 2024 event painting to be auctioned off at the awards banquet. Stop by our official tournament tent for this year's tournament apparel and pink fishing flags. We will have Survivor Salute to our Cancer Warriors to honor those who have survived or who are battling this horrible disease now.
For four days, our patrons can visit with area artisans and purchase art or learn about any of our major sponsors who may have information and promotional items at their table or tent. Our ticket raffle will be held Wednesday through Saturday and winners announced at 8pm on Saturday. Try your luck on a one of a kind pink breast cancer awareness bike or purchase 50/50 tickets where the payout is always in the thousands of dollars. Ladies will be fishing one of three days and weigh-ins start at 4pm at Bahia Marina. With over 800 anglers, the weigh-ins are always a party!
To wrap up a fantastic tournament, Seacrets will host a spectacular luncheon for the Captain, Crew & Anglers and of course some of our sponsors. The day will consist of auctions, awards ceremony and winners of the 50/50 and other contests.
